Our smartwatches come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in material and workmanship under normal usage conditions

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as issues with the watch’s screen, heart rate sensors, or battery. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or water immersion beyond the specified waterproof rating.

If your smartwatch is under warranty, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.

At this time, we do not offer an official warranty extension program. However, we recommend protecting your smartwatch with a third-party insurance service for extended coverage.
