WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Warranty has certain limitations and does not apply to the following scenarios:

  • Medical Usage: Products repurposed for healthcare, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Surface or Cosmetic Issues: Minor imperfections like scratches, dents, or broken plastic that do not affect product functionality, unless caused by material or manufacturing defects.
  • Damage from Misuse or Accidents: This includes incidents such as collisions, fire, flooding, earthquakes, spills, or improper storage and handling.
  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, installations, or non-compliant use.
  • Improper Use: Usage not adhering to the technical specifications outlined for the product.
  • Third-Party Interactions: Damage caused by incompatible devices, software, or third-party services.
  • Non-Personal Use: Products used for commercial purposes, resale, or industrial applications.
  • Routine Wear and Tear: Gradual aging or natural degradation from everyday use.
  • Software or Service Limitations: Any issues related to performance or features of software or services that extend beyond the product’s primary functionality.
  • Tampered Products: Any product with altered, damaged, or removed serial numbers, labels, or components.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Loss of data is not covered. We recommend regular data backups to prevent permanent loss. Costs associated with data recovery, reinstallation, or system resets are not included under this Warranty.
  • AIWR is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or malfunction of the product unless required by applicable law.
  • This Warranty does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of software, firmware, or online features.
